"Booked a room for one of my staff members who was in Charleston for a business meeting. He stated that the room was very comfortable, clean, and appeared to have been recently upgraded in terms of bedding and furnishings. He was pleased with the free breakfast and noted the availability of Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits that were quite tasty. Staff he encountered were friendly and helpful. Room rates are reasonable given the level of accommodations and location is convenient. Easy access to I-64/77, downtown offices, and Capital Complex. Would definately book here again given this staff person's experience."

"We stayed at the Fairfield Inn on October 16th and 17th, 2007. The staff at the hotel was friendly and upbeat like a family. The room was topnotch and the service at the breakfast bar, headed by Thelma, Debbie and Kera, was most helpful. The smiling face of Shannon, as we checked in, made us feel very welcome. We recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Charleston, WV. We would rate it as a 5 on evaluation. We travel often and this is one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had.
